What is God in Dharmic understanding?

God = The Absolute Reality But how is it divided and how to understand it? I'll try to explain. Brahman: In Hinduism, Brahman is the name for the Absolute, the Supreme Reality in the universe. It is the immaterial, efficient, formal and final cause of all that exists. It is also understood as the ultimate reality and the basis of everything. There are two main forms of Brahman: Saguna Brahman and Nirguna Brahman, which I will explain below. Param Brahman: Param Brahman (or Para Brahman) is the "Supreme Brahman" in Hindu philosophy, which is beyond all descriptions and conceptualizations. It is described as a formlessness that eternally pervades everything, everywhere in the universe and what is beyond. He is also known as Nirguna Brahman. Nirguna Brahman: Nirguna Brahman refers to the concept that Brahman is beyond time and space. It is the idea that Brahman has no concrete form and is present in all living beings and everywhere, that is, it is transcendent and beyond hu...

ROMOVÉ - Z pohledu Genetiky, Rasologie a Historie

ROMOVÉ - Z pohledu Genetiky, Rasologie, Lingvistiky a Historie Začněme od začátku, aneb úvod do historického dění; Lidé rodu Homo Sapiens do dnešní Jižní Asie přišli zhruba před 100.000-300.000 lety z Afriky, dále část těchto pak pokračovala v migraci do Jihovýchodní Asie, Austrálie a Oceánie. Lidé v Jižní Asii, Jihovýchodní Asii, Austrálii a Oceánii patřili a někde dodnes patří do tzv. Australoidní Rasy. K Australoidní Rase patří i Praobyvatelé (Adivasiové) Jižní Asie. AASI populace (AASI = Ancient Ancestral South Indian, což v překladu je Starověká populace Předků Jižních Indů, jde tedy o Jihoasijské lovce a sběrače). Australoidní Rasa n...

Pôvodná rómska viera (čiže všetko, čo rozprávali naši starší + prirovnanie k vieram a presvedčeniam z indického subkontinentu)

DEVEL/DEVLA/DEL/DEVL/DEIL Toto slovo jednoducho znamená „Boh“.

ROMA OLD BELIEFS (more detailed + what I found in recent times from among the narrations of the elders)

ROMA OLD BELIEFS (more detailed + what I found in recent times from among the narrations of the elders) DEVEL/DEVLA/DEL/DEVL/DEIL This word simply means "God". But Romani views of this entity were originally (and partly still are) same like of the Param Brahman, also called Nirguna Brahman, i.e. entity which is beyond all descriptions and conceptualisations, it is described as a formlessness that eternally pervades everything, everywhere in the universe and what is beyond, and is unchangeable. Closest Christian approximation to this concept are the Father or yet better the Holy Ghost, but it seems that the Roma never understood the difference between the Father and the Holy Ghost, which simply shows that it was beyond Romani concepts and that we were Christianised. But also this word may be used for any personalised God, as we back in the Indian Subcontinent either followed only one sect within Dharma or simply over time came simplification with losing concepts (also some of ...

Why are the Roma called Roma & in Asia Domari or Loma (+ introduction into exonyms/ethnic slurs Zott, Koli, Tsigan & Gypsy)

The origin of the name Roma, Domari & Loma In a part of South Asia historically known as Bharat (nowadays India, Pakistan, Nepal & Bangladesh) exists a group of people called the Domba or Dom (which is either ethnic group or caste umbrella of various jatis within Śudra varna ), in Sanskrit known as  ḍoma  (pronounced as Roma, with retroflexed R , which in some Romani dialects survives till present). The Domba/Dom are mostly nomadic group , but exists settled down communities, most of them are of Śudra varna and very few of them are Dalits. The Dom are among other things musicians, blacksmiths, snake-leaders and acrobats. Which corresponds with traditional Romani jobs. Its presumed root,  ḍom , which is connected with drumming , is linked to  damara  and  d amaru , Sanskrit terms for "drum" and the Sanskrit verbal root डम्  ḍam-  'to sound (as a drum)', perhaps a loan from  D ravidian , e.g. Kannada   ḍamāra  'a pair ...
